Application Process:

Substrate Preparation: Ensure the surface is stable and clean, free from dust, dirt, oils, or any substances that could impair bonding. Apply FOX DEKORATOR CONTACT COAT primer to prep the surface.
Plaster Mixing: Mix the dry plaster with water at a ratio of 1.5 – 1.75 L of water per 5 kg of plaster. Allow the mixture to sit for 24 hours in a closed container, then remix. You may add a small amount of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Plaster Application:
- Apply two coats of plaster. The first coat should be smooth and even, matching the grain size, and allowed to dry for 12-24 hours.
- Moisten the surface lightly before applying the second coat. Once the second coat is applied, begin troweling as it dries to create a signature smooth, polished concrete effect.
- Polish the surface with a trowel to achieve the desired matt or satin-gloss finish, while leaving characteristic small pores or recesses for added texture.
