Delivery Terms & Policy

Turnaround Time

• For all stock products, estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days from the date of order.

• For non-stock or special orders, delivery time may take 14–21 working days.

If there is any delay with your order, you will be notified by email or telephone.

Carriers

We use third-party specialist pallet carriers to deliver all orders.
Collections are made daily from our warehouse in Ballincollig.

Collections

All in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
You can also collect your order directly from our warehouse:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with tracking details.
Please note that some pallet deliveries may not include tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates (from our Warehouse in Ballincollig)

Delivery costs are based on the number of pallets and the weight of the products (typically between 30 kg and 1 tonne).
We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges (per pallet):

• Ballincollig: Free delivery

• County Cork: €53.03

• County Dublin: €60.61

• County Donegal: €81.82

€68.19 per pallet applies to the following counties:
Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow

€75.76 per pallet applies to the following Northern Ireland counties:
Antrim, Armagh, Derry, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone

Large or Bulky Orders

For larger orders — such as external insulation systems, building materials, or decorative lamellas — the automatic delivery calculation on our website may not always display the most accurate cost.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we will ship the products currently in stock immediately.
Once the remaining items become available, they will be dispatched at no additional shipping cost.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all areas within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
If you live in a remote or hard-to-access area where heavy deliveries might be challenging, please contact us before placing your order.

Packaging & Handling

Tiles, cladding, and stone panels can be heavy. Please ensure you have sufficient help and space to receive your delivery.
All items are carefully packaged and secured to prevent damage during transport.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any visible damage before signing the delivery note.
