Return of orders

At Deco Stones, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility:

• Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Special orders (non-stock or customized products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

1. Contact our team before returning any items via:

2. Once approved, return the items to our warehouse at:
   Unit 7, Westpoint Trade Centre, Link Road, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 N623

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed once the returned items are inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

• A restocking fee of 20% may be applied if the returned quantity is excessive.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Any complaints regarding defects or damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

• Deco Stones does not accept responsibility for damage incurred during the return transit.

• All sizes and colors are approximate; natural variations in stone and brick products are inherent and not considered a fault.
