Return of orders

All cancellations or returns must be placed through our office between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm or  by e-mail info@decostones.ie  Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement and credit is at the discretion of the seller only. All in stock goods being returned in good condition and unopen boxes to Deco Stones must be done within 14 days of the order delivered to the customer. There is no liability to accept special orders returns.

or 30 days from the purchase on all in stock items.If an order is cancelled while the order has been dispatched will incur a return delivery fee. When a delivery is unable to be completed on the arranged delivery date due to issues arising with access or other unforeseen reasons,

 we will attempt re-delivery for the following day or another date at a reduced charge of €20 per pallet.
