1. Conditions of Sale

Definitions:

Orders & Payment:

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply a product, we will notify the customer and offer a replacement or full refund.
Payment is required in full before order processing, via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Delivery & Risk:

Delivered or collected products are the responsibility of the customer from the moment of delivery or collection. Deco Stones Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, or decay after this point.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 days. Returns must be received within a reasonable timeframe.
Special orders / non-stock items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Product Information:

Shade, texture, and photo representation may vary; all sizes are approximate.
Deco Stones Ltd provides no warranty beyond the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Deco Stones Ltd does not provide tiling services and is not responsible for the actions of third-party tilers.

Goods will not be dispatched without full payment.
Delivery times are estimated, and Deco Stones Ltd is not liable for delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery point.
Tail-lift vehicles and pallet trucks require adequate space and level ground.
A re-delivery fee per pallet may apply for failed deliveries due to access issues.
A restocking fee of 20% may apply for returns deemed excessive.
Delivery in installments is considered a separate contract.

All cancellations must be made by telephone between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Orders may be amended before dispatch.
Deco Stones reserves the right to cancel any order, providing a full refund via the email used to place the order.

Customers are responsible for insurance and safety while on-site.
Deliveries are kerbside; moving goods to the desired location is the customer’s responsibility.
Health and Safety regulations must be observed.
Deco Stones Ltd is not liable for injuries or damage on premises.
