Description

Application and Properties:

Composition: A mixture of special polymer binders, mineral fillers, and modifying additives.
Surface Compatibility: Suitable for use on:
- Concrete and plaster substrates
- Plasterboard panels
- Seasoned traditional cement-lime plasters
- High surface adhesion acrylic paint coats

Preparation of the Substrate:

Surface Cleaning: Use a spatula to remove any oil paint residues and loose grains of sand.
Substrate Condition: Ensure that the substrate is clean, compact, and free from grease for optimal adhesion.

Preparation of the Plaster:

Ready to Use: The plaster compound is ready for application; mix thoroughly if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency.

Application of the Plaster Compound:

Application Method: Use tools made of stainless steel or plastic for application.
Layering: The next layer can be applied in the early drying phase of the first layer once it becomes matte.
Layer Thickness: Maximum thickness of each layer should be 3 mm.
Coverage: Approximately 1.5 kg/m² per 1 mm of layer thickness.
Drying Time: Depends on layer thickness and ambient conditions; approximately 6 hours for a 1 mm thick layer at 22°C and 30% humidity.
Temperature Range: Maintain application and substrate temperature between +5°C and +30°C.

Further Works:

Surface Adjustments: After drying, adjustments can be made using a sanding screen or sandpaper.
Additional Grinding: The dry surface can be further smoothed by soaking it with water and using a fine sponge or polystyrene float.
Painting: Painting can commence once the surface is fully dry.
