Description

Specifications:

Layer Thickness: 1-5 mm
Coverage: Approximately 1.5 kg/m²/mm
Preparation Ratio: Mix 1 kg of powder with approximately 0.4 liters of water.
Application Temperature: +5°C to +25°C
Working Time: Use the mixed mortar within 60 minutes.

Preparation of the Substrate:

Remove any residues of emulsion and oil paints, as well as loose grains of sand, using a spatula.
Ensure the substrate is clean, compact, and free of grease for optimal adhesion.

Priming Recommendations:

Apply CEKOL DL-80 deep-penetrating primer on strongly absorbing substrates to enhance adhesion and overall performance.

How to Prepare the Mortar:

Pour 1 kg of CEKOL GS-200 powder into approximately 0.4 liters of water.
Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Application of the Plaster:

Apply the prepared mortar to the surface using stainless steel or plastic tools.
Maintain a layer thickness between 1 and 5 mm for best results.

Further Works:

After the initial hardening, surface adjustments can be made as needed.
