CEKOL GS-100 is a versatile gypsum-based plaster designed for filling defects and cracks in mineral substrates, as well as for smoothing walls and ceilings inside buildings. This product ensures a durable and smooth finish, making it ideal for various interior applications.

Description
Preparation of the Substrate:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a spatula to remove any residues of emulsion and oil paints, along with loose grains of sand.
- Substrate Condition: Ensure that the substrate is clean, tight, and free of grease to achieve optimal adhesion.
Priming Recommendations:
- Grounding: Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with CEKOL DL-80 deep penetrating primer to enhance adhesion and improve finish quality.
How to Prepare the Mortar:
- Mixing Ratio: Prepare the mortar by pouring 1 kg of CEKOL GS-100 powder into approximately 0.45 liters of water.
- Mixing Process: Allow the mixture to rest for 2 minutes, then mix thoroughly until a uniform, thick mixture is achieved.
Application of the Plaster Compound:
- Application Method: The product should be applied to the surface using tools made of stainless steel.
- Time Frame: Use the mortar within 60 minutes of mixing for optimal results.
- Coverage: Approximately 1.5 kg/m²/mm.
- Layer Thickness: Applicable in layers of 1-10 mm.
- Temperature Range: Maintain an application and substrate temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
Further Works:
- Finishing Touch: After the initial hardening, surface adjustments can be made using a sanding screen or sandpaper for a smooth finish.
- Painting/Walls: Painting or wallpapering can commence once the surface is fully dry.
