Preparation of the Substrate:

1. Ensure the substrate is clean and free of any contaminants. Use a spatula to remove residues from emulsion and oil paints, as well as any loose sand.
2. Fill in any defects and rough spots with CEKOL GS-100 gypsum building plaster to achieve a uniform surface thickness.

Priming Recommendations:

• For highly absorbent substrates, use CEKOL DL-80 deep penetrating primer.
• For smooth substrates or those with low water absorption, or when employing wet treatment, use CEKOL GB-87 adhesion-increasing preparation.

How to Prepare the Mortar:

1. Pour the contents of the 20 kg bag into clean water in the specified ratio.
2. Mix thoroughly until a uniform, thick mixture is achieved.

Application of the Plaster:

• Apply using stainless steel tools or appropriate mechanical equipment.
• Ensure the mixed mortar is used within 60 minutes to maintain optimal working properties.
• When applying with machines, adjust the water content as needed to achieve the desired texture.
• Avoid machine downtime exceeding 15 minutes during application.
• For wet treatment, after applying the plaster, wait for initial hardening (surface should not stick to hands) before gently removing any slurry with a sponge. Once the surface appears matt, smooth it using a façade spatula or trowel for a flawless finish.
